What is CrossFit Thoroughbreds?

CrossFit Thoroughbreds is a Human Performance and Athletic Based Strength and Conditioning Program designed to educate as well as enhance all aspects of:

v Stamina & Strength
v Power & Flexibility
v Speed & Agility
v Coordination & Balance
v Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance

CrossFit Thoroughbreds Coaching Programs are designed exclusively around compound (multi-joint) movements and short high intensity cardiovascular training sessions.

This type of training is used by major university athletic teams, professional sports teams, Fire & Rescue, Police, SWAT, Military organizations, youth sports teams and everyday people interested in improving their total body health and fitness.

The CrossFit Thoroughbreds Coaching Programs are scalable and easily modified to any fitness level from beginners to elite level athletes.


2011 Price Schedule:

Unlimited CrossFit & Women's Only Boot Camp Membership
$95/month with EFT Draft or $120.00/mo. cash or check payment 

This entitles you to unlimited CrossFit & Women's Only Boot Camp Classes. 
A CFTB Coach will be present to coach you through the Workout of the Day. 

Sat. 8:00am Co-Ed Boot Camp included with membership!


Couples Membership
$160/month with EFT Draft or $180.00/mo. cash or check payment

This entitles you and your spouse to unlimited CF & WOBC Classes. 
A CFTB Coach will be present to coach you through the Workout of the Day. 

Sat. 8:00am Co-Ed Boot Camp included with membership!



**Service/Municipal Members CrossFit or Women's Only Boot Camp Membership**

Personal Training
For those who desire to be challenged on an individual level. 

$60.00/hr. 

8 sessions per month= $440.00 (2-sessions/week) 

12 sessions per month= $600.00 (3-sessions/week) 

20 sessions per month= $900.00 (5-sessions/week) 

All sessions must be completed within 30 days of purchase. 

All sessions and packages are pre-paid in advance.

offers a wide variety of Training Specialties from Athetic Strength and Conditioning, Youth Sports Conditioning, Boot Camps, Personal Training, and our most popular program "CrossFit Thoroughbreds".

CrossFit Thoroughbreds is a unique blend of athletic conditioning, olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and various forms of high intensity cardiovascular training rolled up into a 30-45 minute butt kicking workout.

All new members must start with our CrossFit Foundations Program.

CF Foundations Program includes:
Private consulation with Instructor Jeremy Barnett
1st month CF membership
(3) 1-hour semi-private training sessions
3 weeks of CF Team Training and 4 Saturday 8am CF Bootcamps

You will learn and practice over 22 functional and foundational exercises to prepare you for entry into CrossFit Team Training.  Your trainer will modify each exercise to ensure structured progress at a pace that is safe and challenging for you.

You will also be introduced to new and powerful ideas about nutrition, sleep, flexibility and posture that will boost your progress faster than traditional methods.

Once you've completed the CrossFit Foundations Program, that is where the fun begins!  The Foundations Program introduced you to hard work, proper form and technique and what it will take to achieve your goals.  If you're serious and want to neet your goals, this is the program for you.

Some people will be invited to our CrossFit Team Workouts and others will continue working 1-on-1.  Both options will be led by a CrossFit Coach at all times.  Sessions will gradually get more difficult as you progress to ensure your progress.
